roasted macadamias and fetta cheese and a brown sugar vinaigrette

Chicken and spinach ravioli: –Home made pasta parcel stuffed with chicken and spinach

with a field mushroom and marscarpone sauce

Warmed roasted vegetable tart, served with chilli jam and crème fraiche

Grilled snapper served on jasmine rice with prawns and sautéed Asian vegetables finished with a light green curry sauce
